Hillary gave arguably her best speech of the 2016 election on Thursday. She didn’t hold back going directly after Trump and his weak foreign policy. And if this is a preview of what’s to come in the fall, Donald Trump better watch out.
In San Diego on Thursday Hillary Clinton gave a fiery foreign policy speech where she repeatedly attacked Donald Trump. She referred to him as an unstable lightweight, in over his head, who was “temperamentally unfit” to be President.
“Donald Trump’s ideas aren’t just different — they are dangerously incoherent. They’re not even really ideas — just a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds, and outright lies.”
“He’s not just unprepared — he’s temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility.”
Hillary’s address was strong, and she made a good argument against Donald Trump’s policies…or lack thereof….as well as his temperament and divisive ideology. She also went through her own foreign policy to give a point of comparison.
Her attacks were sharp and direct….and dead on the money. She looked Presidential, as she often does, but, perhaps more importantly, she looked more than up to the task of taking on Donald Trump in what will most definitely be a heated and intense fight this fall.
