Donald Trump likes to throw out the rape accusation at Bill Clinton lately. But only one of these men has a pending lawsuit against him for repeatedly raping a 13-year-old child. And his name is NOT Bill Clinton.
In the second Presidential debate, Donald Trump accused Bill Clinton of rape and sexual assault. Clinton denies the accusations and has never been charged with either. But that isn’t stopping Trump from claiming Clinton is guilty. Notable thing though, there’s only one of these men who has a pending lawsuit against him for repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 1994. And his name is not Bill Clinton.
Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams has set a date for a status conference hearing about a lawsuit against Donald Trump in the child rape case. The date is now set for 11:30 AM on December 16 in a New York court….obviously AFTER the Presidential election.
And as much as Republicans want to deny that the rape lawsuit even exists, according to Snopes and court documents, it absolutely does.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe, who filed the lawsuit, alleges that in 1994 she was raped several times by Trump. She was only 13 at the time. She says that she was lured into four different parties held by billionaire and pedophile Jeffry Epstein…who is also named in the suit…. with promises of “money and a modeling career.” She claims that Trump “initiated sexual contact” four separate times. On the fourth time she says Trump tied her to a bed and “then proceeded to forcibly rape” her.
So far the evidence in the case includes a witness who corroborates Jane Doe’s story. The witness, identified as Tiffany Doe, says that she personally saw both Trump and Epstein repeatedly rape the girl. Tiffany claims that Epstein would send her out to pick up young girls and bring them back to his parties. Another witness, identified as Joan Doe, says she too can confirm the accusations.
As for Trump, he insists that these accusations are completely unwarranted. But then again he also told us that nobody respects women as much as him.
“Donald Trump has asserted that the charges referenced in the lawsuit are “not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated,” adding that “There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.””
I don’t know if Trump is guilty or not, but based on his words and behavior toward women, it doesn’t seem that far fetched. He has lucked out that he doesn’t have to go to court about this until after the election. But it’s disturbing that in the meantime the media is all but ignoring this case.
