James Comey’s Dad Speaks Out: ‘Trump Belongs In An Institution’

“I’m convinced that he’s nuts. I thought he belonged in an institution. He was crazy before he became president. Now he’s really crazy.”

Former FBI Director James Comey has said nothing publicly about Donald Trump since he was fired earlier this month for investigating Trump’s ties to Russia. But after watching the disgusting way his son has been treated by our supposed president, Comey’s father could no longer hold his tongue.

J. Brien Comey, 86, has great respect for his son’s character. But he doesn’t have any for the president who has abused and tried to slander his son’s name. Without mincing any words Mr. Comey said that Trump is “really crazy” and belongs “in an institution.”

(Truer words have never been spoken.)

In an interview from the family’s hometown of Allendale on Friday, Mr. Comey made his opinion of Donald Trump well-known.

According to NorthJersey.com, Comey’s life-long Republican father said,

““I never was crazy about Trump,” J. Brien Comey, 86, a Republican and a former borough councilman, said in an interview. “I’m convinced that he’s nuts. I thought he belonged in an institution. He was crazy before he became president. Now he’s really crazy.””

It’s noteworthy that Trump is so dangerous and unhinged that Comey’s conservative father who normally remains quiet, felt the need to speak out.

As bad as Trump has treated and spoken about James Comey, it looks like the former FBI Director will have the last laugh. Comey has now agreed to testify before the Senate Intel Committee after Memorial Day.
