This new SNL skit is one of their best. It’s absolutely hilarious!
This weekend, Saturday Night Live was brilliant, and they opened with a new Trump skit that was one of their funniest yet.
Alec Baldwin returned to play Trump in SNL‘s version of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.”
The skit opens with Trump taking a break from a White House Christmas party when he is joined by Mike Flynn, played by Mikey Day, as “the ghost of witness flipped.”
Flynn’s ghost, draped in chains says,
“Mr. President, I came to warn you, it’s time for you to come clean, for the good of the country. This is serious sir. The FBI got to me. Before all this, I had a great life, Donald.”
“If only someone had warned me about you,” Trump says.
“President Obama did tell you not to hire me,” Flynn responds.
Trump then was visited by ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future. The ghost of the past was Billy Bush played by Alex Moffat. And Trump’s present ghost was Vladimir Putin played by a shirtless Beck Bennet.
Trump’s ghost of Christmas future entered wearing a black cloak. Then she revealed herself as Hillary Clinton played by Kate McKinnon.
Clinton says,
“You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to say this — lock him up!”
